Shipping Information:

Shipping and handling charges are billed at a flat rate as noted on the website. All orders are shipped via ground through the US Post Office. At this time, B. Hearst Designs cannot ship outside of the United States.

Sales Tax:

B. Hearst Designs is required to collect a 7.5 % sales tax for items shipped to South Carolina. Those who live outside of South Carolina will not be charged sales tax, but should consult applicable tax laws in their state.

Returns and Exchange Policy:

B. Hearst Designs is dedicated to customer satisfaction. We will strive to remedy any problems that arise or concerns you may have. In order to assist you, kindly contact us within five (5) business days if you have any questions about your order. Items returned in new condition, and in the original packaging are fully refundable less shipping and handling fees. If you choose to return an item that was shipped to you free of charge, you will receive a refund for the item minus the appropriate return shipping and handling charges. Returns must be received no later than thirty (30) days from date of purchase - not date of receipt. Orders placed through the B. Hearst Designs website are completely secure and our customer information is kept private. All credit card and personal information provided to us is transmitted securely using the industry standard SSL encryption.

When you purchase a product from B. Hearst Designs, or register on our website to receive more information, we will ask you to provide certain details such as your name, shipping/billing address, telephone number, email address, and when necessary, credit card information. For your convenience, we will also maintain a record of your previous product purchases.
